Processing Times
We aim to get your order out the door within 12 to 24 hours. During busy times like sales or peak seasons, things may take a little longer, however we’ll always do our best to keep it moving.
Shipping Options
We offer a few delivery options so you can choose what works best for you:
Standard Shipping usually arrives within 2 to 5 business days
Express Shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selection.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow its journey through our website or Australia Post.
International Orders
For customers outside Australia, delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on where you are in the world. Please note that any customs duties or taxes will be your responsibility.
This depends on whether it is a Domestic or an International order.
Domestic Orders

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at hello@boye.com.au.
When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
We have a 7-day return policy, which
means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item
must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with
tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of
purchase.

at hello@boye.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return
shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
